Producer Tabz, photo shoot for publicity for "Token Reality" indi film.
Tabz was born in the awesome state of California when she was very young. Actually, she hardly remembers the time, but her mother does most def. When Tabz was young she enjoyed writting in her coloring books rather then coloring in them. Homeschooled from kindergarten to the end of highschool she became best friends with her family and still has wonderful, and sometimes hilarious, relationships with her mother, father and 5 years her junior sister.
She lived most of her life in Los Angeles and is a true born and bred Caly. She hates the snow with a passion. Despises when people call coke 'pop', thinks all people should live near the ocean, and doesn't think that an evening of fun is sitting out in a corn field.
Despite all these concerns, she now is a resident of Iowa, her pastoral father having moved the summer before her freshman year of college.
Tabz is currently a communications major, due to graduate in May of 2003 (if the last semester credits don't kill her first).
She's an avid follower of Jesus Christ and has been since she was six years old.
She is also a KMAX (Kevin Max) fan and a Sherlockian (Sherlock Holmes scholar). When she's not studying her brains out she hangs with a small group of close friends, reads, posts on the KMAX boards, writes, or simply day dreams. She calls sleep and coffee her two 'habits' picked up while at college and is not afraid to drop either of them.

Smiley Boy and Tabz -- Jr/Sr. Banquet 2002

Tabz and "Imago Dei" production company
There is nothing Tabz enjoys more then hanging out with friends. Unless, of course it's hanging out with friends and making a movie. She's a producer at heart and has produced over 15 short films while in college. The climax reaching last spring (2002) when she produced "Token Reality" with her long-time friend and director, Andrew. The film was accepted into the Damah 2002 film festival.
Tabz also enjoys layout/design, web design, photography, writing, drama, programing VCRS, anything related to media. This inspired one of her professors to dub her the "Reinassance woman", which she believes is a nice way to say "jack of all trades". If it's media, she likes it.

What does the future hold for Tabz? No one really knows. She's looking to go on to grad school, eventually earning her PhD. Probably so she can be the second Dr. Smith in her family (*winks*). Tabz is passionate about the truth. She also loves to help people. These twin passions find themselves combined in many ways including her ministries with her local church.
Currently she serves as Director of AWANA Sparks and does media/visual for the sr. and jr. high ministry.
She also is a peer tutor on campus and has helped all of the major student organizations on campus at one time during the course of her career at college.

When Tabz is old her dream is to be like Jessica Fletcher in Murder She Wrote, traveling the world, meeting new people, and inspiring all of us to look a bit more beyond the surface.
